Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Coached website and the purchase and use of services provided by Get Coached ("Get Coached", "we", "us", or "our").

By booking a call, purchasing our services, or otherwise engaging Get Coached, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. About Get Coached

Get Coached provides funnel strategy, design, development, implementation and optimisation services for fitness coaches and coaching businesses.

Our services are designed to help clients improve the journey from existing audience and traffic to qualified coaching opportunities.

The exact services included in a client's engagement will be defined in the applicable proposal, order, agreement, invoice, or other written confirmation provided before the engagement begins.

2. The 30% Conversion Rate Objective

Where a service package includes the 30% Conversion Rate Objective, Get Coached's objective is to increase the client's agreed funnel conversion rate by 30% relative to the agreed baseline, without requiring an increase in the amount of traffic entering the measured funnel.

The 30% figure refers to a relative increase in conversion rate, not an increase of 30 percentage points.

Example:

If the agreed baseline conversion rate is 2.0%, a 30% relative increase would result in a target conversion rate of:

2.0% × 1.30 = 2.6%

It does not mean increasing a 2.0% conversion rate to 32.0%.

3. What Counts as a Conversion?

Before work begins, Get Coached and the client will agree in writing on the specific conversion event that will be measured.

Depending on the client's funnel, this may include:

  • Completed coaching applications

  • Booked sales calls

  • Qualified consultation bookings

  • Completed lead forms

  • Another clearly defined action agreed in writing

The conversion event must be measurable using reasonably reliable tracking or analytics.

A "conversion" will not automatically mean a paying client unless the parties expressly agree in writing that client acquisition is the measured conversion event.

4. How Conversion Rate Is Calculated

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, conversion rate will be calculated as:

Number of agreed conversions ÷ Number of eligible funnel visitors × 100

For example:

Before optimisation:

1,000 eligible visitors

20 conversions

= 2.0% conversion rate

30% relative improvement:

26 conversions

= 2.6% conversion rate

The baseline, conversion event, traffic source, measurement period and analytics system used for measurement will be agreed before the relevant optimisation period begins.

5. No Additional Traffic Requirement

The phrase "without more traffic" means that the 30% conversion-rate objective is intended to be achieved without Get Coached requiring the client to increase the volume of traffic entering the measured funnel.

This does not mean that traffic volume will remain completely identical throughout the engagement.

Normal fluctuations in traffic may occur due to seasonality, social-media activity, advertising, algorithm changes, market conditions, or other factors.

The 30% objective relates to conversion rate, not total number of conversions or total number of clients.

6. Important Results Disclaimer

The 30% Conversion Rate Objective is a performance objective for the applicable service and is not a guarantee of revenue, profit, clients, sales, or any other financial result, unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Improving conversion rate does not necessarily result in more clients or more revenue.

For example, a client may achieve a higher conversion rate while receiving fewer total visitors, fewer qualified prospects, or fewer sales.

Business results may depend on factors outside Get Coached's control, including:

  • The client's offer

  • Pricing

  • Target market

  • Traffic quality

  • Traffic volume
